Too many social alters were/are CALLED "Jess" to realize that they are NOT "Jess!"
The REAL "Jessica" is the moody, long brown haired girl who is always upset and self-annihilatory. Her daemon is Chocoloco and he keeps her in check.


MOST ACTIONS ARE DONE ON "AUTOPILOT" OR WITHOUT INNER AWARENESS AT ALL.
OUR SYSTEM IS MOSTLY INTERNAL AND WAS NOT BUILT TO HANDLE EXTERNAL ACTIONS, DUE TO TROUBLESOME ENVIRONMENTS.

WHEN "PLUGGED IN," TYPICALLY NO ONE IS "IN" THE BODY BUT SEVERAL PEOPLE ARE WATCHING AND TELLING IT HOW TO OPERATE IN THE SAFEST MANNER.



EATING
often there is a lot of co-fronting or "detached management" when headspace is in charge of eating.
typically though, eating is done on autopilot
