Suffering is the pathway to Grace. It is only through sharing, however minutely, in the Passion of Christ, that we can also share in His Resurrection; therefore, it is also only by patiently enduring our earthly pains at large for love of God & His Son, that we will be blessed by restoration & strength. Our faith will be confirmed, our hearts will be filled with joy, and we will stand strong amidst even greater trials through our trust in God. Suffering conforms us to Christ-- if we only carry our crosses in the same manner He did.
