prismaticbleedGod, You love to save and restore broken people, and You are the only One who can.
Remind my scarred soul of that amazing truth— You LOVE to restore what is broken. You DELIGHT in saving the lost. You actively seek out the wretched in order TO heal them. You alone are Good and Whole and Holy, and because of that, You have pity on us poor sinners, and pour out undeserved but life-giving mercy upon us.
God, You alone hold the power to help and heal, so please, help me today. Please show me that You are in control, no matter how aimless I feel, no matter how hopeless things seem. Please show me that You hear my prayers, that You listen to my weeping and that Your Heart aches with mine. Take all of my hurt, pain, fear, and frustrations, and replace them with Your peace, comfort, joy, and love. Remind me that nothing is impossible for You. In Jesus’ name, as His redeemed child, and by His grace, I beg this of You. Amen.
