got up early for bible study. terrifically difficult to get out of bed; this body has not felt this tired and exhausted in a long time.
got to mass like two minutes late BUT there was a visiting priest??? so no bible study after all.
weirdly a blessing. we got our $50 refund and the payee gave us an extra $20 for laundry but we already did it, so now we had $70 to buy some immediately needed food & household items.

during psalm got mixed up on paper, mind almost BLANKED OUT at the ambo. legit started to dissociate and go mute. thank god the organist started singing the verse from upstairs. we were visibly shaking after that. could not pull ourself together
