⭐I'm struggling to quit eating because it's an ARTIFICIAL COMFORT ZONE!!! Its mentally sedative and my brain RELIES ON THAT to recover from overstimulation??? So I NEED A REPLACEMENT!!!

1. Physical work requiring minimal mental input
2. Opportunity for thoughts to process & unwind
